GCSE English Past Paper FAQs

Yes, you can access all of the GCSE English language and Literature past papers via this dedicated page.

Unlike other subjects it is very difficult to mark your own GCSE English past paper and therefore it is advisable to hand the predicted paper into a teacher at school to mark or get a qualified tutor to mark this for you

Yes, alongside each GCSE English past paper is the corresponding mark scheme to make it easier for you to mark the work you have completed.

Sometimes students find revising for English more difficult than say maths or science because the facts you have to learn aren’t always as obvious but there are many things you can do from making sure you have read all the required texts, to learning quotes and understanding writing techniques so that you can analyse tests; however the most effective thing you can do is to practice more questions and get more feedback on your writing style and the way you approach questions.

Yes we are currently making GCSE English predicted papers and these will be available shortly.

100% we do. We have resources for maths, English and Science including access to all of the past papers.
