GCSE Maths Topics 2022
In February 2022 the exam boards AQA, Edexcel, OCR and WJEC released shortened topic lists for the GCSE maths exams 2022, called advance information. These topic lists identify the key areas of the curriculum for students to revise and for teachers to focus on. The MME GCSE maths predicted papers 2022 are now live, with these new papers reflecting the advance information released by the exam boards. You can access the predicted papers, GCSE maths topics and formula sheets for each exam board, in the lists below.

It is worth noting that knowledge from other areas of the GCSE curriculum will be worth knowing as maths knowledge builds on itself and being confident in the other topic areas not on this list can only help you to understand these topics in more depth. That said, it is clear that the following GCSE maths exam topics are going to appear in the 2022, the June exams. Paper 1, 2 and 3 are noted for each exam board with the detail of each topic. At MME we are the only resource provider so far to announce we will be making specific resources and GCSE maths predicted papers for 2022. Below you will find links to the GCSE maths topics by exam board.

Along with the Advance information for the GCSE maths exam 2022, there has also been formulae sheets released by all of the major exam boards. Together, both changes will help to make the GCSE exams a little more accessible this year, with less content and fewer equations to memorise. However the formulae sheets aren’t exhaustive, so students need to ensure they still learn the ones that are not on this list.
